Return Eligibility
You may return an item within [X] days of delivery if:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care products).
How to Initiate a Return

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within [X] business days.

Exchanges
